CIS Excellence Awards Co-Sponsorship opportunities:

Co–sponsorship arrangements are available for groups-of-two companies seeking to raise their respective profiles within the Scottish catering and hospitality industry. By collaborating together to demonstrate commitment and support to the nominees who have garnered a reputation for excellence in their field, each co-sponsor stands to gain by association with their chosen partner. Prospective co-sponsors may select their own choice of partner but direct competitors are not encouraged. The relationship and consequent publicity should be mutually beneficial to each pair of organisations involved. There is currently one award available for individual sponsorship, and two which may be co-sponsored (These are detailed in the Awards & Criteria section of this website).

Co-sponsorship includes:

• Branding in Catering in Scotland’s advertising and editorial in our pre- and post-Awards editions, from April/May – July/August 2008, including interviews, images, quotes and company logos
• Full recognition on all marketing materials associated with the Awards
• Prominent display of your company name & logo as a co-sponsor in all event communications
• *Six complimentary tickets (per co-sponsoring company) to the ceremony with an option to buy four further tickets for a table of ten at a reduced rate of £75 + VAT per ticket
• Branding on all invitations and menu cards, programme, etc.
• Visual Branding during the presentation of your selected category award
• Sponsor’s appointed representative to participate in the presentation of your sponsored award(s).
• Link from the CIS Excellence Awards website to your company website for one year
• Use of the CIS Excellence Awards logo on any of your company’s marketing and promotional material for one year following the event
• Acknowledgement of your support in all official speeches at the Awards ceremony
• Use of the CIS Excellence Awards logo on all printed material on any of your company collateral for one year following the event. (Terms and conditions apply).
• Inclusion in the post-event roundup on cateringinscotland.com and cis-excellenceawards.com, to remain online until January 2009. This includes photos of award presentation, sponsor’s logo and quotes from sponsor and winner

As a Co-Sponsor, your contribution will be £2,500 + VAT and your chosen partner’s will be £2,500 + VAT.
